• Managing the frontend department (frontend developers, layout designers and designers).
• Motivation of department employees.
• Building processes within this department.
• Building the processes of interaction of the department with other areas and departments.
• Direct interaction of the department with other departments (providing technical consulting assistance to sales, marketing and others if necessary).
• Management of the workload on the employees of the department (their distribution among projects, among other works).
• Risk control for employees of your department.
• Participation in hiring department employees.
• Communicating information from the company to the employees of the department, collecting feedback.
• Filling and maintaining the knowledge base of the department (fixing and modifying the rules of work, accepted standards, etc).
