- Experience participating in pre-sales stage.
- Leadership mindset.
- High soft skills — communication, self-organizational.
- Iintermediate English.

- Managing the frontend department (frontend developers, layout designers and designers).
- Motivation of department employees.
- Building processes within this department.
- Building the processes of interaction of the department with other areas and departments.
- Direct interaction of the department with other departments (providing technical consulting assistance to sales, marketing and others if necessary).
- Management of the workload on the employees of the department (their distribution among projects, among other works).
- Risk control for employees of your department.
- Participation in hiring department employees.
- Communicating information from the company to the employees of the department, collecting feedback.
- Filling and maintaining the knowledge base of the department (fixing and modifying the rules of work, accepted standards, etc).
